Step One - Inquiry Form & Schedule Tour
Fill out the Inquiry Form for our office to contact you and schedule a time to visit our campus. This will allow us to provide important information about our school and answer any questions your family may have.
Step Two - Gradelink Application
Please complete an application on Gradelink. For us to consider your application, a $50 non-refundable application fee must also be submitted. The following items must also be ready to turn in to the front office:
- Complete Gradelink application
- Payment of $50 non-refundable application fee
- Picture of applicant
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Authorization for Release of Student Records
- Copy of Report Card/transcript
Step Three - Schedule a Shadow Day
Shadow Day gives prospective students the opportunity to experience a typical school day at The Good Shepherd Academy. Students entering grades K-5 will experience a typical day at our elementary school. They will attend Mass at St. Madeleine, participate in classes with TGSA students, eat lunch with new friends, and get the chance to meet our wonderful teachers.
Shadow Days take place from January 2025 – April 2025
Step Four - Schedule a Family Interview
After you have submitted your application, you will receive a call inviting you to select a date and time for your family interview. The family interview lasts for approximately an hour and includes the student applicant, parent(s)/guardian(s), and principal.
Parents are able to turn in any paperwork from Step Two at this meeting. Students will also be asked to take a placement test in both reading and math during this time.
Step Five - Acceptance Letter & Submit Gradelink Application
Upon acceptance, families will be asked to finish the Gradelink application and do the following:
- Choose tuition payment option

Sign off on forms:
- Family agreement
- Parent-faith commitment
- Uniform policy
- Handbook
- transportation
