Apply to the Full-time School
To Apply to the Full-Time School, complete the two steps set forth below:
Schedule on Campus Interview, Placement Testing, and Shadow Day
Call (909-817-3313) or email (admin@thegoodshepherdacademy.org) the school to schedule a time, or times, for an on campus interview of your family (at least one parent or guardian and any children applying), placement testing, and a Shadow Day (the Shadow Day is optional). The on campus interview, placement testing and a Shadow Day can all be on the same day, or scheduled for different days.
Submit Application and $50 Application Fee
Please complete an application on Gradelink and submit a $50 non-refundable application fee.
As part of the application you must submit to The Good Shepherd Academy the following documents:
- Picture of applicant
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Authorization for Release of Student Records
- Copy of Report Card / transcript
- Copy of Immunization Records
- HSPT Test or Standardized Testing Grades
Acceptance Decision
After completing the interview and placement testing and submitting the application, The Good Shepherd Academy will communicate a decision on the application. If the decision is to admit, as a condition of enrollment your family must accept the following:
- Financial Family Agreement
- Parent-Faith Commitment
- Family Handbook content
- Transportation Liability Waiver
